Little Bakers Club Boxes are sent out around the middle of each month usually the 15th, and will then take 3-5 working days to reach you. You can also log in to your account to check the status of our order. Once logged in to your account, click on manage under your subscription, on this page you will be able to the date your next box is due to be shipped. Please note due to current restrictions there may be a slight delay in getting your order out to you. Please note is the 15th falls on a weekend they will be dispatched the next working day.

Yes. At the checkout you can choose to have a box that contains Dairy free, or Gluten free ingredients. The ingredients you need to supply like butter etc would just need to be your usual diary free replacement. However please note that the boxes are made up in a kitchen that regularly handles Gluten, Dairy and occasionally nuts.

Yes. We ensure that our boxes suitable for vegetarians.

You will need to log in to your account, from there you can update your address. Log in to your little bakers account, click on Manage under your subscription, from this page you will be able to edit your shipping address. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any boxes that are sent to an incorrect address.

If you have ordered an extra box - All boxes are made to order so we advise to allow 3-5 working days for it to be ready for dispatch .

Yes. On our Pay in Advance subscriptions you can choose which month you would like it to start. Perfect for gifting. The first box will be dispatched on the 15th of the month that you select your subscription to start.

Each month we will upload a new Digital Recipe Card for you to save or download. You will pay £2 per month to have access to the members area, where the link to the recipe card will be uploaded to. No physical products will be shipped to you. This means that it is available to anyone, worldwide! This is perfect if you don't want to receive a box each month but still want access to our Recipe Cards. You access the Membership area within your Little Bakers account. Simply log in to your account, and at the top you will see 'FEED' click on this to be taken to the members only section where you will find the links to the recipe cards. As this is a digital product, no refunds will be issued. As always if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!

The cut off date is the 5th of each month*. For example if you join the Little Bakers Club between the 6th of April and 5th May, your first box will be sent out around the middle of May. If you join after the 5th May your first box will be sent in June. *The cut off date may be changed at anytime.

1. Log in to your Little Bakers Account 2. Click Manage, under your subscription. 3. Next click on Subscription Settings. 4. On this page you can choose to pause or cancel your subscription. If you have signed up for a 6 or 12 month plan you are not able to cancel your subscription before your plan ends. You can however follow the steps above so your subscription automatically cancels after your plan ends. With the new Digital Recipe Card Subscription, when you cancel you will loose access to the membership area where the recipe cards are uploaded.

Our baking kits are for everyone! For the younger children baking is a great way to promote hand eye coordination and creativity. They will need full supervision as they will not be able to read the recipe card but it is a wonderful STEM activity. For the older children, it encourages reading, creativity, and they can learn how to do proper baking tachniques. We even have adults that enjoy our baking kits!

For most of our baking kits we dont include a picture of what the finished product should look like, because this encourages children to use their imagination, and there is no right or wrong way for a cake to be decorated. We tell you how to use the decorations provided but it is then down to the children to use their creativity and wonderful imaginations.

At the moment our recipe cards have very limited pictures on. They have a picture of what the animal is or the item they are baking to help trigger their creativity for decorating, but the step by recipe card is currently in text rather than pictures.

You and a frind can both earn £5! Each time a friend signs up using your unique link you will both recieve a £5 credit on your Little Bakers account which will go towards your next months box. To find your unique link: 1. Log in to your Little Bakers account 2. On the first page you will see your unique link which you can copy and share with all your friends and family.

The baking kits in our Shop area are dispatched within 3-5 working days. We always try to ship your items asap (usually within 3 working days), but as all our baking kits are made to order we sometimes need a little longer! If you need your order for a specific date, please put this in the notes section at the checkout.

Yes we offer Free deovery on all shop orders over £50. Please note this in not available on Little Bakers pay monthly subscriptions.
